How we work: from the tanker request to a confirmed drop
The request journey at TIMDAD is four clear steps. We do not sell the trip before knowing the service, capacity, neighbourhood and time.

Send what you need
The service, neighbourhood or site link, quantity or number of trips, and the time. The form or WhatsApp is enough to start.

We review the site
Access, water type or service, and whether the size fits. If something is missing we call before quoting.
3
Price, then confirmation
We send a price range after the facts. Nothing is dispatched before you accept the quote and timing.
4
Delivery and handover
We assign the vehicle and follow the drop until the site confirms handover. Contracts get a log per trip.
What we need from you
Service type (tanker / septic / skips), a Riyadh district or site link, size if you know it, and an approximate time. Companies: site count and frequency.
What we do not do
No hanging price without site facts, no city-wide “arrives in minutes” promise, and no cloned “tanker in district X” pages.
For recurring projects
If you need a weekly schedule or several sites, use Supply contracts instead of repeating the request every morning.
