How do I order a water tanker?
Send the request from the request page, WhatsApp or a call: specify the service, neighbourhood and size if you know it. We review access and time, then confirm the job. Water tanker, water bowser and water truck are the same supply request.
What is the difference between drinking water and service water?
Drinking water is for human use and home tanks. Service water is for construction, washing and irrigation according to the site. We lock the type before sending the tanker.
What water-tanker sizes are available?

Can a 32-ton tanker enter every site?
No. The large tanker needs a wide entrance and room to manoeuvre. For villas and narrow alleys we recommend 6 or 12 tons after describing the site. Details on the fleet page.
Can I request more than one trip?
Yes. We can arrange one trip or several trips on the same day, and a regular supply schedule for projects and facilities.
Do you offer daily or monthly supply?
Yes. Daily, weekly or monthly supply can be arranged according to consumption, the site and vehicle availability, with contract rates for repeat orders. Start from the contracts page.
Do you serve companies and projects?

When does the tanker arrive after the request is confirmed?
After confirming the site, access and vehicle availability we give an estimated arrival time. Timing depends on the neighbourhood, traffic and shift, so we do not promise arrival in minutes as a fixed rule.
Can I request an urgent service?
Yes, according to the right vehicle being available in your area. After we have the site and service type we confirm whether we can execute and the expected time.
Do you provide invoices and quotations for companies?
Yes. We can prepare a quotation by service, number of sites, trips and supply schedule, and explain invoicing before work starts.
What details are needed for a supply contract?
Company or project name, sites, water type, estimated number of trips, whether the schedule is daily, weekly or monthly, and a description of the truck entrance or gate.

We work to provide a substitute vehicle according to availability, and we notify you of any time change before execution whenever we can.
Are there waiting or cancellation fees?
Extra fees may apply if the vehicle arrives and cannot enter or unload, or if waiting exceeds the agreed time. We explain any fee before the request is confirmed.
How do you handle customer data?
