Operations guides — TIMDAD
How to request a water tanker in Riyadh
A Riyadh tanker request is complete when we have four facts: water type (drinking or service), size or tank capacity, district or a site link, and timing. After those we quote and confirm the drop. Without them the job is incomplete, even if the message only says “water tanker”.
What the request actually means
People search water tanker, bowser or cistern — the job is the same: a water load to a Riyadh site. The intake page is Order a water tanker. The service overview is the home page. This article explains the path; it does not replace the form.
TIMDAD is a supply operator, not a phone-number directory. The message reaches operations. We review access and capacity, then confirm. We do not promise “arrives in minutes” before we know the district, the gate and whether that size is free.
What we need before a price
| Item | Why it matters | Enough to start |
|---|---|---|
| Water type | A drinking tank is not an irrigation or wash tank | Drinking / non-drinking |
| Size or tank capacity | Sets 6-ton (six), 12, 18 or 32 | Ground tank about 18,000 litres |
| District or site link | Distance and whether the tanker can enter | North Riyadh — Al Narjis + a map pin |
| Timing | Urgent today, tomorrow, or a night shift | Today after asr, east-side entrance |
| Use | Home, rest house, project, plant | One villa tank fill |
If you do not know the size, give tank litres or length × width × height. See how to estimate tank litres. If you are unsure of the water type, read drinking water vs service water first.
Three channels, same facts
- The form: open the request page and send service, size, district and mobile.
- WhatsApp: 0568739666 with the same four facts. English is fine on /en/.
- Call: same number if you want to confirm access before you write.
Companies with more than one site should use supply contracts instead of repeating a one-off request every morning.
What happens after you send
We review access and size, send a price range, then dispatch only after you accept the window. You get a confirmed drop — not a published city-wide ETA.
